Known simply as Jacques, he brings 40 years in Human Resources to every engagement — including 18 years as Group HR Manager at Fair Cape Dairies, and senior HR roles before that at SA Fine Worsteds and Rainbow Chickens. His work spans industrial relations and labour law, contract law, business planning, and organisational design, with hands-on representation at the CCMA, Bargaining Councils and PSIRA.

Alongside consulting, Jacques coaches and mentors business owners and leaders, drawing on a career spent running operations rather than only advising on them. He is currently completing a formal coaching certification to sharpen that side of the practice further.

His approach is deliberately unhurried: a free, no-obligation consultation first, so he understands the real problem before recommending anything — never a rush, never a hard sell.

Virtual Administration Lead

Glenda leads the collective's administrative arm, turning a career in facilities and operations management into a professional virtual-administration service. From diary and inbox management to travel planning, document production and client support, she keeps the day-to-day running smoothly.

Her goal is a true one-stop shop — the administrative backbone that lets clients focus on their business while the details are handled, with the same personal attention Jacques brings to consulting.
