This website is operated by The Renuw Collective (“TRC”, “we”, “us”), a South African consultancy offering HR and labour-law consulting, coaching and virtual administration.

2. General information, not advice

Everything on this website is general information about our services and about HR and labour matters in South Africa. It is not advice on your specific situation, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice tailored to the facts of your matter. Labour law and CCMA, Bargaining Council and PSIRA procedures change, and every matter is different.

Sending us a message through this website does not by itself create a client relationship. That only begins once we have agreed the scope of work with you in writing.

3. Our services

Any engagement, whether consulting, representation, coaching or administration, is governed by the quotation, engagement letter or service agreement we agree with you, including its fees and terms. If there is any conflict between those documents and these website terms, the engagement documents apply.

4. Using the site

• Please use the site lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to send spam.
• Information you submit through our contact form must be accurate and yours to share.

5. Intellectual property

The TRC name, logo, text, design and images on this website belong to The Renuw Collective or are used under licence. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.

6. Links to other websites

We may link to external websites, for example the CCMA or the Information Regulator. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.

7. Limitation of liability

We work hard to keep this website accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it will always be complete, current or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, TRC is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the general information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other South African law that cannot be excluded.
