Who we work with
Owner-run businesses and established companies: retail and services, manufacturing and logistics, professional practices, start-ups, and security businesses registered with PSIRA.
Questions about our services.
Can you represent us at the CCMA or a Bargaining Council?
Yes. Jacques prepares and represents clients at the CCMA, Bargaining Councils and in PSIRA matters, from the paperwork and evidence through to conciliation and arbitration.
What's the difference between the CCMA and a Bargaining Council?
Both resolve workplace disputes, but they are separate institutions with different jurisdictions and slightly different compliance rules. If your sector falls under a Bargaining Council, disputes are usually referred there rather than to the CCMA, and the council's own agreement, forms and time limits apply. Jacques prepares each matter for the right forum, on that forum's terms.
Can you help before a dispute reaches the CCMA?
Yes, and that's often where we add the most value. From employment contracts and disciplinary codes to guiding a fair disciplinary process, getting the procedure right early is the best protection against a costly referral later.
What's the difference between HR consulting and coaching?
HR consulting solves a specific problem: a dispute, a contract, a restructure or a compliance gap. Coaching is longer term, and focuses on how you lead and how the business runs. Many clients use both.
What does virtual administration cover?
Diary and calendar management, inbox triage and replies, travel planning, document production and client support such as calls and enquiries. Glenda works remotely as your back office.
Can we use more than one service?
Yes. Many clients start with one service, often HR or admin, and add another once they see how the pieces work together.
Not sure which service you need?
Tell us what's going on and we'll point you to the right person, or the right mix of all three. The first consultation is free.
